The topic is Physiology.  Stu Freed has been suggested to present, and will include discussion of VO2 Max.
 

May, 2010

This meeting will be for organizing the Omnium.  I anticipate Steve Johnston will lead us.

 
June, 2010

This summer meeting will consist of a Ride, and a presentation on Bike Technology.  Scott Patton has been suggested to present.
 

July, 2010

This summer meeting will consist of a Ride, and development of the Fantasy Tour de France.  I anticipate Steve Johnston will guide us.

 
August, 2010

This summer meeting will consist of a Ride, and a presentation on Stretching.  Michael Hansen will host.
 

September, 2010

The topic is Cyclocross Rides.  Dan Dietzman will present ride opportunities and routes.

 
October, 2010

The topic is Bike Maintenance.  Dan and Larry from Full Circle Cycle will present.

 
November, 2010

The topic is Bike Fit.  Michael Hansen will host.

 
December, 2010

There will not be a regular meeting in December.

The topic is Biomechanics.  Michael Hansen will host.
